Our Green Shoots Partnership website introduces you to our schools and directs to them where you will find information ranging from admissions, newsletters and events, our school galleries and curriculum. We aim to share as much information with you as possible to keep you updated on your child's learning journey.
Green Shoots Partnership comprises two very different schools: one large and one small, one based in a town and the other in a village. Each is at the heart of its own community, complementing each other beautifully.
Formalisation and Growth
Green Shoots Partnership, formalised in June 2024, has informally collaborated since 2022, supported by North Northamptonshire’s local authority, symbolising growth and new beginnings.
Core Values
Our logo highlights our core values—Respect, Resilience, Responsibility, and Reflection—emphasising the commitment to nurturing well-rounded, mindful, and capable pupils.
Individuality and Collaboration
Each school maintains individuality with unique leadership teams while collaborating as the Green Shoots Leadership Team, addressing diverse community needs.
Governance and Planning
A shared Governing Board oversees strategic planning and financial operations, with shared curriculum planning and staffing structures for consistency and collaboration.
Partnership Policies
Schools follow Partnership policies and systems, maintaining certain protocols and traditions while fostering creativity and individual community-focused approaches.
Leadership and Support
Josie Garnham leads the Partnership, supported by Heads of School and key shared staff (Executive School Business Manager, SENDco, and Pastoral Care Manager), ensuring consistency across the Partnership.
